what the report contains
Findings, evidence, and what each one would take to fix.
You get a short written report. It opens with the one thing that matters most, then lists every finding in order of what it is costing you. Each finding says exactly where it was found, on which page, measured how, so anyone on your side can check it in a minute.
Each one also carries a rough effort to fix, so you can see what is a quick win and what is a project. Where a fix is not worth doing, the report says so.
There is no pitch attached. If you want us to do the work, the report is the scope. If you want someone else to, or to do it yourself, it is still the scope.
